It depends on the wall thickness and material. PETG holds up better than PLA under bending or repeated use.

Do you charge just to plan the part?

No. Sending your sizes and getting a plan back does not cost anything.

Connect two different sizes with a custom adapter

Two ends that do not match, a tube, a post, or a fitting. Tell us both diameters and the length you need, and we plan a stepped adapter that connects them.

Round adapter and reducer

Both ends are female. The number the customer gives is the INSIDE diameter of each end. The outside is the inside plus two walls.

Measure across the inside of each end with a ruler or calipers, at the widest point. We make it to the sizes you give us.
