- How does this work?
- Pick a thing you like. Pick a color. We print it in the USA after you order, then ship it to your door.
- Is my thing in stock?
- Nothing is "in stock" here, and that is the point. Every order is printed fresh, just for you. That is how you get to pick the color.
- What is it made of?
- Most things are printed in PLA, a sturdy plant-based plastic. Some parts use PETG, which is tougher and handles heat better. The product page tells you which one.
- What colors can I get?
- Ten solid colors today, from black to pink. Pick your color on the product page before you add to cart.
- How big is it?
- Every product page shows the size in millimeters, plus a plain comparison like "about the size of a soda can." The photo gallery has a dimensions card too.
- When will my order ship?
- Your order goes to a printer after you buy, so print time comes before ship time. Bigger and more detailed things take longer. The moment it ships, you get a tracking number by email.
- What if it arrives broken?
- Tell us and show us a photo within 30 days. If it broke on the way to you or came out wrong, we make it right with a reprint. See returns and reprints.
- Can I return it if I change my mind?
- Every thing is printed just for you, in the color you picked. So we cannot restock returns like a warehouse store. If we got something wrong, we fix it. Check size and color twice before you buy.
- Is it food safe?
- No. Printed parts have tiny grooves between layers that can trap crumbs and germs. Enjoy them as decor, tools, toys, and organizers. Keep them away from food.
- Will it hold up outside or in a hot car?
- PLA likes it indoors. It can soften in a hot car or full sun. PETG is the outdoor one: tougher and fine with heat. Compare them on the materials page.
- Can I get a different size?
- Some things come in more than one size, listed on the product page. Need a size you do not see? Ask us before you order and we will tell you straight if we can do it.
- Can you print my own design?
- Yes. That is our favorite thing to do. Upload your file and get a price in seconds.
- What happens to my uploaded file?
- It stays private. We never sell it, share it, or add it to the shop. The file is purged about 60 days after your order ships.
- Ordering a bunch at once?
- Yes, you can order more than one. Tell us what you need before you order and we will help you set it up.
- Who designs these things?
- Makers around the world. Every design in our shop is licensed for sale, and we name the designer at the bottom of the product page, with a link to their original post. If you think something here should not be, tell us and we will look right away.
