Returns and reprints

Every thing we ship is printed just for you, in the color you picked. Because of that, we cannot restock returns the way a warehouse store can.

If it arrives broken or defective, we make it right. Reply to your order email within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We will look right away.

Need to change or cancel an order? Reply to your order email right away. If your thing has not hit a printer yet, we can change the color or cancel it. Once printing starts, it is already yours.

Picked the wrong color or size? We print exactly what you ordered, so check both twice before you buy. If the mix-up was on our end, we fix it, no questions.

Custom uploads are made to your file. Please double-check your design and size before you order. We print exactly what you send.

The short version: if we messed it up or it broke in the mail, you get a reprint. A photo and a reply to your order email is all it takes.
