Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your name, shipping address, email, and order details when you buy. Files you upload for custom printing. Basic usage data that keeps the site working.

Payments. Checkout and payment run on Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

Your uploaded files. Files you upload are used only to print your order. They are not shared with other users or made public, and they are purged from our systems about 60 days after your order ships.

What we never do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded designs for anything except your order.

Who we share with. Manufacturing partners who print and ship your order, shipping carriers, and Shopify as our commerce platform. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.

Designers who connect Patreon. If you are in our Designer Program and choose to connect your Patreon account, Patreon shows you what we ask for and you approve it. We read only your Patreon name and user ID, and your creator page's name, link and image. We use them to fill in your designer page. We do not read your patrons, members, pledges, posts, messages or email, and we never pull files from Patreon. We use Patreon's access key once, when you connect, and do not keep it. You can disconnect any time on your designer dashboard, which deletes what we saved from Patreon. You can also remove our app in your Patreon settings.

Patreon members checking a member price. If you choose to connect your Patreon to get a designer's member price, Patreon shows you what we ask for and you approve it. We read your Patreon memberships once, only to check whether you actively support that designer. We keep just a yes, in a cookie on your device that lasts 7 days. We do not keep your Patreon name, ID, other memberships or access key, and we never share them. You can also remove our app in your Patreon settings.
