How it works

Drop it on the upload page. We take STL and 3MF files. You see a price in seconds.

Pick the material, pick a color, pick how many. Change any of it and the price moves with you. Then add it to the cart and pay. Payment runs on Shopify, so we never see your card number.

Before you order, you tick a box that says you own the design or have permission to print it. If you are not sure, say so in the box instead. That sends it to a person who looks at it with you first.

Some files cannot get an instant price. A model with a hole in the mesh, a model saved in the wrong units, a model too big for the bed. When that happens you get a button that hands the file and your setup to our print team, and a person reads every one of those. You do not start over.

Tell us what you need on the request page. Say what broke, name the machine if you know it, add measurements if you have them, and send a photo of the part.

A person searches the designs we hold and writes back with what turned up: the design, who made it, and where it came from. If we already sell it, you get a link to buy it.

Sometimes the answer is no. A design we can find is not always a design we are allowed to print for you, and when a license says no, it says no. We tell you that plainly and point you at the maker. And if nothing matches at all, we say that too. An honest no beats a list of things that are almost right.

Nothing in the shop sits on a shelf. You pick a thing, you pick a color, and it goes to a printer after you order. That is why you get to pick the color at all.

Every design in the shop came from a maker, under a license that allows selling prints. The bottom of each product page names the designer, links to their page, and names the license.

Some orders run on our own printers. Some run at a US shop we work with. Both run to one standard that we set and check, and one name is on the order either way: ours.

Most things are PLA, a sturdy plant based plastic. Tougher parts and outdoor parts use PETG. Each product page says which one it uses.

Bigger and more detailed things take longer on the printer than small ones. We do not put a clock on it, because print time comes before ship time and we would rather say nothing than say a number we cannot keep.

Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order, no matter how many things are in it. We ship to US addresses only. When the box goes out, you get a tracking number by email.

If it shows up broken or wrong, send a photo within 30 days of delivery. We refund or reprint from the photo, and you keep the item. Full details on if something goes wrong.

We use your file to print your order and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add it to the shop. A job runs every night and deletes it about 60 days after your order ships, or 60 days after you upload it if you never order.
