Your files

You send us a model file or a photo of something broken. Here is what we do with it, who opens it, and when it goes away.

What we use it for

One job: your order. We print the thing you asked for and send it to you. That is the only use.

We do not sell your file. We do not hand it to another customer. We do not put it in the shop. We do not train anything on it. If you send a photo of a broken part, we use it to work out what the part is, and that is all.

Who can open it

People here, to do the job. Someone has to open your file to print it, and someone has to look at your photo to answer you. That is not a loophole, it is the work.

Nobody else, because it is nowhere to be found. Your file sits under a long random address. We do not publish that address, we do not link to it, and it is not in any search engine. Nothing on this site lists files that belong to other people.

A guess does not open the door. Even someone who had that address could not open your file straight from it. Opening it goes through a check first, every time, no matter who is asking.

When we print through a US shop we work with, they get the file for your job and nothing more. Same for the carrier that brings the box: an address, not a design.

When it is deleted

We do not leave this to memory. A promise nobody runs is just a sentence, so the dates below are dates, not intentions.

A model file you uploaded goes about 60 days after your order ships. If you never order, it goes about 60 days after you upload it. A job runs every night and deletes what is past its date.
A photo you sent with a request goes 60 days after you send it.
Files you saved on purpose in a maker library stay until you delete them. A saved library you cannot keep is not a library.

The words you typed into a request stay longer than the photo does, because finding a part can take weeks of back and forth and we need to remember what you asked for. It is text you wrote and notes we wrote, not your file.

Want it gone sooner? Reply to your order email, or write to us, and we delete it.

Money and the rest

Checkout and payment run on Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

We keep your order details and your email so we can send your order and answer you later. We do not sell your personal information. The full policy is on privacy.
