We print your part in the USA and mail it to your door. One flat shipping charge covers the whole order, however many parts are in it.
Materials
Two materials, both plastic, each suited to a different job. PLA is our everyday material: sturdy, holds fine detail, comes in every color we offer. PETG costs a little more per gram and handles heat and impact better, so it suits parts that live outside or take a knock. Read the full picture on our materials page.
Size limits
We print up to 222 mm, about 8.7 inches, on the longest side, in one piece. Our upload tool checks your file against that limit and tells you before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout.
Price transparency
Your price is based on the real weight of your part, shown right after you upload it. Nothing is hidden until checkout. See worked examples and how the price is built on our cost calculator.
Your file and your order
We use your file only to print your order. The full policy is on your files. If a part arrives broken or wrong, we make it right. Details are on if something goes wrong.

- Yes. Most orders here are one person with one file. You do not need a company, an account, or a bulk order to use this service.

- How big a part can you print in one piece?
- Up to 222 mm, about 8.7 inches, on the longest side, in one piece. A model past that would need to be split into pieces or ordered as a larger custom job.
- What happens to my file after I upload it?
- We use it to print your order and nothing else. It is deleted about 60 days after your order ships, or 60 days after upload if you never order.
- What if my part arrives broken or wrong?
- Send a photo within 30 days of delivery. We reprint or refund from the photo, and you keep the item.
