What it does

  • Stacks. The stack stays put when you pull a drawer.
  • Optional partition or removable tray. Mix to suit the parts.
  • Backwards-compatible with the older revision of this design.
  • 9 g per box. Print as many as the parts bin needs.
  • Designer credit: Yuan4114 on Thingiverse, CC-BY-SA.

A boxy storage drawer that stacks. Reinforced front lip means the stack holds together when you tug a lower drawer. Goes in a workshop, a craft room, a desk drawer.

The trick is the lip-and-slot interlock. The front and back of each box have ribs that key into the box above and below. Backwards-compatible with the original release of this design. Optional partition splits the interior in half, optional removable tray fits driver bits.

Original design by Yuan4114, licensed CC BY-SA for commercial print. About 9.0 g of PLA. Ships in 3 to 5 business days from our US printer network. Free reprint if it arrives flawed.

Printed plastic is strong for its size, but it is not metal. We have not load tested this design, so we do not publish a weight rating. Keep it out of a hot car and away from open flame.
