Game night finds a new centerpiece with this spherical iris box. Its round shell hides a petal mechanism that opens and closes by hand, turning a simple sphere into a small surprise for anyone who picks it up.
The petals move together to close off the middle of the sphere, then part again to open it up. You can hand it to someone and let them figure out the motion, or set it on a shelf as a curious display object that begs to be touched.
