What it does

  • Prints in one piece. No glue, no clips, no second order if a part is missing.
  • Eight joints with the right friction. Holds the pose. Flexes when you want it to.
  • Four grams of PLA. Light enough to live on a keyboard tray.
  • Designer credit: _Isaiah_ on Thingiverse (Friendly Articulated Slug), CC-BY-SA.

A slug that bends, poses, and holds. One piece. No assembly. Drop it on your desk and watch how often you reach for it.

Eight ball-and-socket joints print fully formed inside the body. The trick is the clearance. Enough room for movement, not so much that the joints rattle. Ours runs on calibrated Bambu hardware so the slug poses on the first try.

What you get

Printed plastic is strong for its size, but it is not metal. We have not load tested this design, so we do not publish a weight rating. Keep it out of a hot car and away from open flame.
