This is a 3D-printable chess set inspired by the legendary Lewis Chess pieces, the iconic carved figures discovered on the Isle of Lewis in 1831. Each piece is modeled from historical references and sculpted for detailed, authentic gameplay.

The set includes all standard chess pieces with a streamlined design: king, queen, bishop, knight, rook, and a combined pawn model that consolidates three pawns into one. The knight is available in two versions—one with a support gap under the head for easier printing, and one without—giving you flexibility based on your printing preferences.

Fully scalable for any board size. Simply adjust the piece height in your slicing software to match your desired playing surface. Files are pre-sized at 140% scale as reference for a 48cm board with 5cm squares, but can be resized to suit your needs.
