This parametric chain generator is an OpenSCAD script that creates interlocking link chains designed to print in place, no support structures or post-print assembly needed. Whether you need a functional chain for mechanical projects or an engaging puzzle piece, this customizable design delivers clean, reliable results straight off the print bed.
The default link dimensions are 22 x 12mm with a 3.5mm diameter cross-section, but the parametric nature of the script means you can easily adjust these measurements to suit your specific needs. The script generates clean link geometry that ensures proper clearance between links while maintaining strength and flexibility.
