Build clean Ethernet cables without fumbling with tiny wires. This comb holds all eight wires in the right order while you check spacing, cut to length, and prepare them for the RJ45 connector. You get a tool that makes the fiddly part simple.

Lay your wires into the comb slots and hold them steady with your thumb. The spacing is wider than the final connector, so wires have room to breathe while you work. Once everything lines up, straighten them, cut them to length, and slide them out as a bundle. Make your final tweaks and insert them into the RJ45 connector. Small bumps on the teeth may appear after printing; use sandpaper or a hobby knife to smooth them out.

This design comes as a single printed piece with the comb built right into the base, making it stronger and easier to use than older versions. You can print it with standard PLA settings and normal speed on any 3D printer with a 0.4mm nozzle.
