What it does
- Wraps and reuses cable bundles without permanent zip ties
- Default size fits Cat5 ethernet cables (5.62 mm)
- Three prong lengths for thin or thick cable bundles
- Saves a zip tie when you need to reroute
- Customize cord thickness in the OnShape source
You bundle the cable, decide it is too tight, and unwrap it without cutting a zip tie. This cord keeper does what a zip tie cannot: hold a bundle firmly while letting you adjust the loop size later.
The default fit suits 5.62 mm cables (think Cat5 ethernet). Three prong lengths cover real cable sizes: 20 mm taper for thin, 30 mm for medium, and 40 mm for thick bundles. Customize the cord thickness in the OnShape source for different cable diameters.
Use it for ethernet, USB, and audio bundle wraps in offices, server cabinets, and home setups.
