Sharp drill bits make your work faster and cleaner. This sharpening jig helps you sharpen your own bits on a bench grinder or angle grinder, so you spend less money on new ones and always have sharp tools ready to go.

The jig holds your drill bit in a groove that keeps it at the right angle while you grind. Grooves face up, and you hold the long part of the jig straight across from your grinder wheel. This steady position means you get a consistent angle on the tip every time. Your bit stays sharp longer because the angle is precise.

All SAE drill bits up to 1/4 inch fit snug in the grooves. Flip the jig over and you switch from a standard 61 degree bite to a more aggressive 59 degree bite, depending on what you need. One side stays with you through countless sharpenings, and it works on your bench grinder or in a vise with an angle grinder.
