Partner agreement

1. What this is
- This agreement is between you (the partner) and 3D Prints Fast (we, us).
- You send people to us with your partner link, or your tool sends us a file for them. We print the parts and ship them to the buyer. You earn a share of the sale.
- This is not exclusive. You can work with anyone else, and so can we.
2. What you earn
- You get 10% of the parts price on each order, after any discount. Shipping and tax do not count.
- An order counts for you when your link was the last partner link the buyer clicked, within 30 days before they ordered.
- If an order is refunded, the share for it comes off.
- We ship to US addresses only for now. We plan to ship to more countries next year.
3. How we pay you
- We pay by PayPal once a month, when you are owed $25 or more. Less than that carries over to the next month.
- Partners in the US send us a W-9 before the first payout.
- Your share is figured on paid orders only. We do not pay on an order that is cancelled or refunded.
- We do not pay a share on your own orders.
- You pay any taxes on what you earn.
4. How you promote us
- Be honest. Only say true things about our prices, our speed and what we print.
- Do not send spam, and do not buy ads on our brand name.
- Do not change our prices, and do not offer discounts we did not give you.
- You may use our name and logo only to point people to us.
5. Files and rights
- Only send us files your users may have printed. Your users still tell us they have the right to print each file.
- We may turn down any file or order, for example a design that copies a brand or a character someone else owns.
- Never send us personal details about your users in a partner reference or a file name.
6. Ending this agreement
- Either of us can end this agreement at any time, by email.
- We pay what you earned up to the end date at the next monthly payout, once it is $25 or more.
- We may pause your link right away if you break this agreement.
7. Changes
- We may change these terms. We will email you 30 days before a change, and a change never reaches back into orders already placed.
8. The fine print
- You are an independent business, not our employee or agent.
- We provide the program as it is. We are not liable for lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what we owe you in shares.
- Which law governs this agreement and where disputes are heard: to be filled in by the owner.
