The design comes from real testing. The creator tried other adapters and found they did not fit right or were hard to print. This version works perfectly. It prints at 0.1mm precision with proper layer settings on a Prusa i3 with a 0.4mm nozzle. The finished adapter measures just 0.75mm tall, so make sure your print bed is level before you start.
