This 3D-printed chainmail is a sheet of interlocking rings engineered to print as a complete, wearable piece. The rings feature a distinctive square design with cut corners, held together by diagonals and corner posts that create structural integrity without traditional fasteners. Perfect for cosplay, fantasy costumes, or experimental jewelry.
Designed in OpenSCAD with full parametric control, you can adjust layer thickness, line width, ring size, and overall dimensions to suit your needs. The supportless print geometry makes this efficient to produce while maintaining the authentic chainmail look and feel.
