What it does

You want to grow fresh herbs and greens at home without taking up garden space. This end cap lets you build a hydroponic NFT system using plastic gutters you already have or can buy cheap.

The cap seals one end of your downspout channel so the nutrient water flows only where you want it. You glue it on using PVC primer and PVC cement, both sold at hardware stores. It works with standard 2-inch net pots so you can swap plants in and out as you harvest.

This design fits vinyl downspouts from major home improvement stores. The rounded corners and exact dimensions are built in, so your cap sits flush and watertight. Pair it with mounting brackets and net pot blanks to build your complete system.
