You get manual mesh leveling so uneven beds stop ruining prints. Z moves run at 35mm/s instead of the stock 4mm/s, which cuts blobbing and speeds your job. The jog speeds from your LCD screen work well now, especially on the Z axis. EEPROM support lets you save your settings, and filament change options give you more printing freedom.

Flash it to your printer and you're ready to print. We suggest running a "restore failsafe" command on your LCD right after to load proper defaults. Motor directions may swap with this CoreXY update, so invert them if your X and Y move backward.
