This improved print-in-place bearing solves a common problem with smaller 3D printed workshop tools: twisted, jammed rollers. By moving the wider sections to the outside, the rollers stay aligned and rotate smoothly, even at skateboard bearing sizes.

The design includes three popular bearing sizes, with Mk2 versions that print more reliably thanks to chamfered outer edges and increased center clearance. While these aren't replacements for metal bearings, they're ideal for DIY projects where precision isn't critical—think gimbal-stabilized drink holders, filament spool holders, and creative mechanisms.
