This improved fan silencer duct fits 60mm power supply fans on Ender 3 and compatible printers including Alfawise U30, Alfawise U30 Pro, Longer LK4, and Geeetech A10. The refined design reduces noise by approximately 7 dB while cutting material use and print time by around 15% compared to earlier versions.

The shroud features optimized inner fins and a cutaway center section that improves airflow efficiency without sacrificing noise reduction. Print with 15% infill on its top side down for best results, with supports touching the build plate only.

Installation is straightforward using your existing screws—no new fasteners required. The design is carefully engineered so thin screw sections maintain proper thread engagement on standard hardware.
