This hot end spacer fix addresses a common issue in bowden-style 3D printers: PTFE tube slipping and inconsistent sealing. The spacer sits inside the top of your hot end, holding a precisely cut length of PTFE tubing in light compression against the nozzle. This design transfers the sealing work away from the bowden coupler teeth, reducing wear and preventing the tube from backing out during retractions.
