A bearing that comes off the printer already spinning. Plastic only. No steel balls, no separate pieces, no assembly.

The trick is the planetary gear set. Outer ring, sun gear, three planet gears. Herringbone teeth on the gears keep the rollers from walking out under axial load. The gears do double duty as the cage. It is a bearing type that can only be made by 3D printing.
