Keep your CR-10 printing smoothly by cleaning filament before it reaches your nozzle. This guide clips onto your Bowden feeder and holds a small amount of oil-soaked cotton or foam to wipe your filament as it feeds through.

Place a bit of cotton wool or foam in the holder and add just a few drops of oil. Grape-seed oil works best because it has less smell than olive oil. The guide sits between your feeder and Z-axis screw, so filament stays clean and doesn't bend too far. You get fewer jams and clogs, which means more successful prints without stopping mid-job.

Print this in ABS for the best results, since the clip needs to bend slightly when you fit it onto your feeder. You can print with supports or rotate it to avoid them. If your feeder screws are not in the standard spot, light filing may be needed to fit perfectly.
