This fan support brings focused cooling to your Sethi3D AiP printer. The wind tunnel wraps evenly around the nozzle, directing airflow exactly where it's needed to cool PLA filament quickly and uniformly. Originally reverse-engineered and then redesigned in OpenSCAD, this version features an optimized air duct and integrates directly with the extrusor carriage support triangle.

The compact design is engineered for tight tolerances—just 3mm clearance from the heated bed and 1mm from the printer's right edge. This close fit maximizes cooling efficiency but requires your printer to match stock Sethi3D AiP dimensions. If you frequently print with materials that warp, consider the alternate design with the fan positioned farther from the hotend.

Available in two variations: one with support tubes (as pictured) and one with the extruder support built directly into the wind tunnel structure.
