You swap the toolhead, drop a vinyl sheet on the bed, and the printer cuts stickers like a basic vinyl cutter. This adapter mounts a Roland-style vinyl cutter blade onto the Prusa i3 extruder so the printer pulls double duty.

The HPGL to gcode tool from the designer's GitHub converts vinyl-cutter HPGL output into gcode the printer understands. Use a cutting pad between the glass and the vinyl, jog the blade to the lower-left of the sheet, and run the gcode.
