Your Prusa i3 MK3 belt keeps twisting and rubbing against the idler. This modified X End Idler part fixes that problem for good. The original design does not support the roller axle enough, so belt tension pulls it off center. You get failed prints and wasted filament.

This replacement part adds extra support where it matters. The axle screw head bore is tighter for a press fit. The support protrusion is raised higher so the screw stays centered. Your belt now tracks straight and stays in place. Print jobs run smooth without grinding or slipping.
